This application provides medical organisations with feedback on “the patient journey” The above application has recently been implemented at Dudley CCG and is now available to other medical organisations.
Patients are able to download the app free of charge and can then access information on the Hospital Trust that has been created by them via a dedicated and secure portal. The patient can post comments and ratings back to the Hospital Trust based on their experience. This data is “moderated” by the Hospital Trust prior to publication of the data to the Trust’s website.
A full audit trail and reporting module is included in the service.
The objective of the application is to encourage a more diverse range of feedback across the Dudley Group Foundation Trust that can then be captured and collated to analyse the experiences of patients who access the hospital.
